FOUR CORNERS EXHIBITION Arts in Regeneration


Designing a satirical, short film and series of installations, in collaboration with Mark Edward, explored the gritty and glamourous culture of ageing drag queens.




Over 600 International designers applied: 100 were successful, of which less than 20 were from the UK. Olivia was chosen to exhibit Gale Force Council House Movie Star in Cardiff.



Consulting on the art exhibition of the pop star boy george and graphic artist trademark for the Homotopia festival 2013.



Showcasing Romeo & Juliet a site-specific production in a working fire-station in Croxteth. An area of Merseyside recently torn by gang violence.



A commission from the CAPITAL OF CULTURE 2008, the community exhibition culminated in the work produced by EVERYMAN & PLAYHOUSE | METAL | FACT | BLUECOAT | NATIONAL MUSEUMS LIVERPOOL.

The photo shows the recreation of the 6m by 4m slice of the impressive ‘Harmony in Blue & Gold’. A decorative arts Japanese style wall originally painted by James McNeil Whistler.





On display at the MUSEUM OF LIVERPOOL this exhibition tells the astonishing story of transgender icon and former Vogue model April Ashley. 250,000 visitors so far. Installations included reproducing ‘Le Carrousel’ a 1950’s Parisian Club.




Talking about designing the April Ashley Exhibition, the conference explored the role of cultural Institutions, curators and archivists in representing marginilised communities and promoting diversity.
